Friends of the Richmond Library

Friends of the Richmond Library (FOL) was organised in 1972 to promote better library service in our community, and continues to promote its original objectives:

to focus public attention on the library
to stimulate the use of the library’s resources and services
to receive and encourage gifts, endowments and bequests to the library
to lend legislative support where needed
to support the freedom to read
